LEISURE TALK

Books:

The sensitive and caring Crab will enjoy cozying up at home with a good tear-jerking romantic novel, or a book that evokes warm childhood memories. The perfect idea of a good read is Love Story, and a cup of hot cocoa to go with it.

Chocolates:

You do love the good things in life, and your idea is to make the experience last. So you would save teeny-weeny bits of chocolate till the end of the month.

Movies:

Your greatest pleasure lies in watching a home video. Your idea of a perfect movie is when the "happily ever after" principle prevails. You will probably have the Sound of Music on video, so you don't have to brave theatre crowds.

Music:

The sentimental crab likes listening to the music of the good old days. John Denver, The Beatles, or a romantic old number should send you down memory lane. You would also try remixes, merely to understand why they are the rage.

Restaurants:

A homebody at heart, the Crab enjoys a good home-cooked meal or take-out. Due to your delicate tummy, you may not be too inclined or advised to try different cuisines.

Sports:

As a Water Sign and aquatic creature, you are happy to make a splash. You will reign supreme in the pool, and enjoy sports like water polo immensely. Television:You could probably do with a warning: soap operas never fail to intrigue you, so think twice before you start watching one. You are the one for reruns, especially if it is a classic film.

Pets:

Your Cancer pet is likely to be moody, and sulk for no apparent reason at all. Just like the humans, the Cancer pet loves being part of a family, and feels safe at home. They won't feel the need to go out and explore. Home will give them everything they need.

Remember, your Cancer pet will get paranoid if he is locked up. The Cancer pet is prone to stomach and digestive problems, so make sure that he gets plenty of food when he needs it.

The Cancer pet is intuitive, so be sure you don't raise your voice. Your pet will work his way up to be the darling of the family. He will soon have the kids eating out of his hands. Trust your pet to jump on your lap and cheer you up when you are feeling blue!

Of course, these pets can have their own bad days, so it is best to let them be. The Cancer pet is highly possessive, and will feel morose if left behind. They can sense that they're about to be left alone, and that's just no fun in this animal's kingdom.

Forever loyal, the Cancer pet is sure to be stretched in front of the fire, adding their own brand of affectionate warmth to whatever family they come to love.

Gifts:

Cancerians are homebodies, and finding presents for them promises to be fun. Any gift that adds value to their home should be a big hit with the Crab. The family is as important to the Crab, so why not gift him a photo album which will help stack family photographs? Cancers also have a strong association with food, so anything to do with cooking, be it cookbooks or a home cooked meal will be appreciated.

Great gifts:

Chocolates, books, a food hamper, a photo album, a diary or journal, a cookbook, kitchen appliances, membership to a health club.
